To be honest I was very scared of going into therapy and sharing my thoughts or emotions and her being my first ever therapist it was very difficult but after a couple of sessions Dr. Mahnoor made me feel very comfortable to talk about myself. I still need therapy I’m not saying I’m perfectly fine but I can see a difference in certain things
