A Note for Parents

Sessions are age-appropriate and confidential to your child, but you're never out of the loop — we'll keep you informed with regular parent check-ins and practical guidance you can use at home.

How Children's Therapy Works

Every child moves at their own pace. Here's what to expect when you book your child's first session with us.

1

Parent Intake Call

Before your child's first session, we'll have a short call or message exchange with you to understand what's going on and what you're hoping for.

2

First Session with Your Child

A warm, play-based first meeting focused on building trust and comfort — no pressure for your child to "perform" or explain everything right away.

3

Family Debrief & Plan

We'll check in with you as a parent or caregiver and map out a tailored plan, with clear next steps for ongoing sessions.
