Gentle, age-appropriate support for children and adolescents working through big emotions, behavioral challenges, and life's transitions — with parents included every step of the way.
Every child is different. Here are some of the most common reasons families come to us.
Helping children name and manage worry, fear, and overwhelming emotions using tools that make sense for their age.
Support for tantrums, defiance, and attention difficulties that are hard to manage at home or in the classroom.
Guidance through divorce, a new sibling, a move, or any big change reshaping your child's world.
Building confidence in making friends, handling conflict, and navigating school and peer relationships.
Gentle, practical strategies for children who struggle with bedtime, transitions, or everyday routines.
Judgment-free guidance for parents figuring out how to support a child through a hard season.
A dedicated team trained to work with children, adolescents, and the families supporting them.

Hania Zeb Minhas offers evidence-based child care focused on emotional regulation, behavior, and developmental growth. She works with children experiencing emotional and behavioral regulation difficulties, developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning and cognitive processing differences, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), using play-based interventions and cognitive-behavioral strategies within a neurodiversity-affirming space.
Every child deserves a space that meets them as they are — I use play and evidence-based strategies to help children build the skills to regulate, connect, and grow.

I meet each child where they are, using creative and expressive tools alongside evidence-based therapy to help them build confidence, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.

Communication looks different for every child — I build therapy plans around how each child connects best, so their voice, in whatever form it takes, can be heard.
Sessions are age-appropriate and confidential to your child, but you're never out of the loop — we'll keep you informed with regular parent check-ins and practical guidance you can use at home.
Every child moves at their own pace. Here's what to expect when you book your child's first session with us.
Before your child's first session, we'll have a short call or message exchange with you to understand what's going on and what you're hoping for.
A warm, play-based first meeting focused on building trust and comfort — no pressure for your child to "perform" or explain everything right away.
We'll check in with you as a parent or caregiver and map out a tailored plan, with clear next steps for ongoing sessions.
